Life goes on about the same here, with work and home and my family, but there is one difference and that it is finally spring, glorious spring. When I lived in Arizona I missed season changes and grass and the ability to grow tomatoes, but mostly I missed the rebirth and promise of April. I’ve been spending most of free time touching dirt and pointing at the area of earth that I want moved. Tim’s hands are covered with blisters, Josie is perma-covered in sunscreen and floppy hats, and I am too happily content to find the time to update.
Work is somewhat better, now that flu season is finally over. Josie grows chubbier and goofier every day and is such a joy that I have come to realize something that I never, ever in a million years thought I would hear myself say.
I think I want another baby.
