There is a lot of goings on lately, and my anxiety level is High.

Meanwhile, I’m grateful everyday for my family, so there’s that.

They're a great bunch of family. But then again, you're damn great yourself.

Cap'n, she can't take it anymore! She's gonna blow!

Deep. Cleansing. Breaths.

And vodka. Mustn't forget the vodka.

You have such a beautiful family!

Tequila works wonders for the stress. ;-)

Ugh, high anxiety levels are the worst. Well, not THE worst, but spitting distance. Is there a pithy slogan the internet shrinks can attach to this? How about "Worry is not preparation"?

Yeah, it never makes me feel better, either, lol.

I'll "pray" for you . . .

What a happy picture!! Wonderful.

You are in my thoughts always.I will remember you in my prayers as well.

I think you are beautiful inside and out; and we haven't even met.

I agree with statia. Not to say the tequila and vodka solutions are wrong, but the basic premise that statia has is exactly correct.

Inspiration I read once that the ancient Egyptians had fifty words for sand & the Eskimos had a hundred words for snow. I wish I had a thousand words for love, but all that comes to mind is the way you move against me while you sleep & there are no words for that.
